For the past few years I have spent all day repairing, painting and building stained glass windows. Some of the stained glass style which was already in my paintings became heavier in the bordering and in the way I used transparent pigments.
I've got to the point now where much of my work is painting in different colors of glass. Everything that I explored as a painter, using texture, different levels of transparency and solidity, the concentration and release of energy, and finding imagery, is coming out in my glass work.
